Discoconut lemon
Zesty discs made from coconut and almonds, with a truffle-like texture.
Do you like freshy- tart desserts? if you do, this is the one for you, with a taste between cheese cake and a lemon pie, in one small bite.
Store in fridge. If kept outside for a while (i.e. if serving at a function) these will go soft and will be harder to handle
