Fudgy sticky cubes made from dates, hazelnuts and cocoa.
The cocoa downplays the rich fruity caramel notes of the dates, whilst the hazelnuts add richness and a new flavour dimension.
The results is a marriage between fudge and truffle.
These confections are to be kept in the fridge. Also note that if left at room temperature for a while they will become very soft and hard to handle.
