We are all different, and so are our bodies. Different ways of eating work for each of us. I have a basic understanding of nutrition and nourishment that has accummulated over years of reading nutritional information and my eagerness to learn more. However I do not possess a good enough understanding of the different diets that people may be following to mark my food as appropriate for pleolithic, ketogenic, candida, etc. diets. This is not to say my food is not suitable for them. in fact much of my food is.
