Coconut Sugar:
 The process by which coconut sugar is manufactured is such that maintains its nutritional values which include; small quantities of minerals such as Iron, inc, Potassium, Calcium and antioxidants. 
The main advantage this sugar holds is in itsfibre which slow its absorption in the blood and reduce its glycemic value to 35.
This sugar has a deep and slightly smoky / carameli flavour.
