Grapeseed oil:
is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants, both of which aid in lowering 'bad' cholesterol and increasing 'good' cholesterol.
This oil is also rich in vitamin E, which slows cellular aging processes, improves blood circulation and aids in red blood cell synthesis.
The fatty-acid profile contained in this oil is not optimal for us, however it provides an excellent alternative for nutritionally poorer oils.
