Sesame oil:
Due to its profile of unsaturated fatty acids, sesame oil is considered a heart healthy oil which is beneficial for heart and blood pressure regulation. Sesame oil also contains vitamin K which is involved in blood clotting and bone building.
Sesame oil has a high smoke point and so is stable under high temperature uses.
Sesame oil is found in small amounts in some of my dishes for flavouring purposes usually.
