My breads and crackers are all hand made. The breads do not contain yeast, and are 100% sourdough using a starter that has been growing in my fridge since 2013.
The house bread is a 100% wholespelt sourdough bread. The only ingredients are 100% wholespelt flour, water and salt. Due to the way the bread is made and its dependence on weather, it may change in texture a little bit at times, but it is always delicious. 420-460g loaf.
