Welcome to the Deli! The goal of my deli is to offer healthy and delicious staples and convenience product alternatives to those who are trying to avoid dairy or animal products.
Cheese alternatives
In this section you shall be able to find creations that resemble cheeses in their flavours and textures. In the future I hope to be able to offer vegan cheeses that will be created from plant based milk, using traditional cheese-making techniques.
Almond Feta
A tangy and salty spread made from almonds and baked into a semi-solid block. Goes well with salads, sandwiches, quiches, etc. 150g.

Mozzarella Di 'Cashewla'
Refined and quite subtle in flavour, this item resembles mozzarella cheese and goes well in salads, sandwiches, on top and inside baked goods. 200g.

Spreadable Tofu 'Feta'
This spread has strong tangy flavour and offers a spreadable, lower fat alternative to the almond feta offered. 200g.

Lower Fat Mozzrella
A lower fat alternative to the mozzarella that tastes great. 200g.

A thick and creamy spread that resembles Labaneh inits rich texture and tangy flavour. Top the spread with some olive oil and za'atar or enjoy on my za'atar crackers. 150g.

Lupini spread
Have you guys heard of Lupini bean? I am trying to sell it as a the super-legume! (Read about it in the 'About the food' section). This spread is slightly reminiscent of hummus in nature, but with more subtle flavours and is very low in fat. 250g.

This is a creamy and delicate low fat spread. it is wonderful with bread and vegetables as well as on crackers. 150g.

Sprouted green lentil spread
This is a slightly lighter version of hummus. Lentils are sprouted over 4 days to maximize nutritional benefits. This spread has a more interesting texture than hummus, however can be made completely smooth upon request. 250g.

Grated tofu flavoured to assimilate egg salad. 150g.

Sundried tomatoes, thyme and that is all. That is all that is needed :). 100g.

This spread is hazelnut based spread with agave and cocoa, it's like a healthful, premium nutella. 300g.

A hazelnut, agave and cocoa based spread with the addition of cashews to mellow out the flavours and make it more kiddie approved (also adult approved ;)). 300g.

Salads are great! they are light, they are colourful, they are fun, they leave you feeling light after a meal and they are healthy. Making a salad though.... not so fun! Treat yourselves to salad dressings so that cutting the salad is the only challenge you are left with!

Bread and crackers
My breads and crackers are all hand made. The breads do not contain yeast, and are 100% sourdough using a starter that has been growing in my fridge since 2013.
House bread
The house bread is a 100% wholespelt sourdough bread. The only ingredients are 100% wholespelt flour, water and salt. Due to the way the bread is made and its dependence on weather, it may change in texture a little bit at times, but it is always delicious. 420-460g loaf.

Sweet potato challah
So this is not your classic Challah. Like the rest of the breads it is sourdough made from 100% wholespelt flour, and instead of eggs and oil we have sweet potato to make it cakey. It is a bit denser than your average challah but it is quite indulgent, especially with some of our "better butter" spread on it. 440-460g per loaf.

These crackers are full of goodness! Chia, flax, oats, sunflower seeds and a bit of wholespet flour make these crackers slightly addictive! Try all the different flavours! 70g.

Sweets are a just delicious! And we all need sweet tasty bites sometimes, be it after a meal, at the drowsy attack in the afternoon, before a workout or just to tide you over. The sweets offered here provide a nutritious healthy choice. Don't wait till the cravings get ya reaching for whatever - get organised in advance!
Truffluz
fudgy date based sweets with hazelnut butter and cocoa. these have similar melting temperature to truffles and so are best kept in the fridge. 100g.

chocoluz balls
These chocolate balls are similar in flavour to the truffluz in that they have hazelnut butter in them, but they are slightly more solid at room temperature which makes transportation a lot easier. 100g.

Fat free chocolate balls that are nonetheless quite delicious. These are made with dates, oats and fate-reduced cocoa. These are available in a range of flavours. 120g
